Do you sell nicotine?

No. We can not sell eliquid containing nicotine in Australia.

 

 

Can you tell me where to buy nicotine in Australia?

No. Unfortunately we are not able to help you source nicotine.

There are many sources online with information on where to source nicotine and if it’s legal in your area.

 

 

What ratios are your liquids?

All our “Ready to Vape” liquids are sold in a 30pg/70vg ratio.

 

 

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept payments through PayPal, Visa and Mastercard.

 

 

How much is shipping?

We charge a flat rate of $10 express post shipping or free express post shipping on all orders over $100 across Australia which includes packaging and handling.

 

 

What shipping methods do you use?

We only offer Australia Post Express Postage.
This is because Australia Post then allows us to offer:

  • Next business day delivery within the Express Post delivery network and fastest possible delivery for other areas.
  • Tracking included.

 

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

 

 

What about tracking numbers?

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Tracking numbers are usually sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please note; Australia Post tracking may not show up straight away and your package may not be scanned at every stopping point, but that does not mean it was not picked up or on the way.

 

 

How fast do you ship?

We do our best to ensure that all orders are processed and posted within 24 hours. There may be the very occasional exception, if so we will contact you when you place your order.

 

 

What happens if my package is returned to you?

If for any reason your package is returned to us undelivered, we will attempt to contact you via the information you provided during checkout. We will hold the package for a total of 14 days whilst attempting to contact you. The package may be re-shipped upon request, but will require payment of a second shipping charge to cover our costs.

 

 

Can I return my juice?

Unfortunately, as eliquid is a consumable and classified as food grade, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you have any issues or queries about the product you have received, please contact us via our website or by emailing info@fiveteninc.com.au directly.
